摘要

对我国地震预测预报工作的地位及目前的地震预测水平进行了简单讨论,着重指出了影响地震预测预报工作进一步深入的一些人为影响因素,并提出在现有科技水平基础上进一步提高经验预测水平的几点建议。
In this paper, the status of earthquake prediction and its scientific level has been discussed, some potential man-made factors which influence the advancement of the earthquake forecasting have been pointed out, and several suggestions fo r elevating the empirical forecasting level, based on the present science and te chnology, have been proposed.
