已有建筑物续建增层前的鉴定

摘要
随着社会经济发展,续建增层得到日益广泛的应用。在改造前,首先必须进行续建增层前建筑物鉴定。本文简述了已有建筑物在续建增层前的鉴定标准选用、鉴定原则及鉴定方法,并结合实际工程对已有建筑物在续建增层前进行鉴定,并对该鉴定方法提出建议,供同类工程参考。
The continued construction or story-adding is increasingly applied with the development of society and economy.The appraiser of existing building before continued construction or story-adding must be put forward firstly.The standard of appraiser,the rule of the appraiser and the methods of the appraiser are briefly presented in this paper,and the appraiser of the existing building before continued construction or story-adding is established with an engineering example,and the suggestions of the method are existed,which would be useful for similar project.
