复杂环境下某158m高混凝土烟囱双向三折爆破拆除研究

摘要
某158 m高混凝土烟囱位于某市繁华地段,因规划需要进行爆破拆除。结合爆破场地实际情况,采取南北双向三折控制爆破方案,确定了爆破切口的位置、爆破开口的参数设计、爆破弹药用量及爆破后的安全与防护等问题。经监测,爆破效果理想,烟囱按照设想的方向和范围倒塌,筒体完全破碎,折叠痕迹明显,对周围建筑及设施没有造成大的影响,采取此方案爆破拆除超过150m高的混凝土烟囱在国内乃至亚洲尚属首次,可为同类建筑的爆破拆除提供参考。
The construction research on dynamite demolition of R.C chimney with a height of 158 m in the downtown area was carried out.According to the real circumstance,the exploding plan of minim time delay was concerned,based on the calculation results which including the exploding incision point,the parameter of exploding cave,the dosage of the dynamite and other safety measures.The inspection results show that the demolished effects were very well,the collapse direction,the collapse dumps matched very well with the designed way,at the same time,little effects of vibration caused by the explode were detected.It is the first time to demolish the R.C chimney with a height of 158 m under a complicated circumstance both in China and Asia,which can be a good reference for the similar projects.
