地铁车站顶部龙门吊轨道基础设计计算

摘要
某地铁车站为一地下两层的钢筋混凝土结构 ,车站顶板横向净跨距 16 3m ,厚度 0 8m ,顶板下无梁无柱 ,其上覆盖一层 1 2m厚的人工填土。车站顶板上方地表沿车站纵轴方向平行布置了两台重型龙门吊 ,龙门吊的一条轨道基础铺设在车站顶板跨中上方的填土层上。通过分析研究并采取了相应的措施 ,解决了龙门吊轮压扩散到顶板上的分布荷载小于顶板允许荷载的技术问题
A certain subway station is a two storey reinforced concrete structure. The transverse clear span and thickness of the top plate of the station are 16 3 m and 0 8 m respectively; there are no any beams and columns below the top plate that is covered with an artificial fill (1 2 m). Two heavy duty gantry cranes are arranged along the longitudinal shaft of the station at the surface above the top plate, and the foundation for one track of the cranes is laid on the fill above the top plate′s midspan. Therefore, the problem to be solved by the design of the track foundation is how to ensure that the load of the top plate due to the wheel pressure of the cranes is less than that permitted by the top plate.
