输油管道泄漏检测中的自适应滤波

摘要
管道在输送流体的过程中,由于管道周围介质的扩散、管道摩阻等影响,使得在管道两端测得的压力与流量信号带有很大的噪声,它的存在势必影响管道泄漏的快速检测和漏点的精确定位。因此选用一种合适的滤波技术消除噪声,有着重要的现实意义。介绍了自适应滤波算法消除噪声的方法,在滤波算法中,采用Widrow-Hoff的最小均方误差算法调整滤波器的权系数,以在泄漏实验中采集的压力信号为例,通过计算机编程对它进行离线自适应滤波处理。结果表明,合理的选取算法中的步长和权系数个数,自适应滤波方法可有效地消除信号中的噪声。这为管道泄漏等方面的研究提供了可靠的数据,对其它信号的处理也有一定的借鉴作用。
There is great noise in the pressure and flow signal measured in pipeline ports with the diffuse of medium around pipeline and rub risistance when liquid is transported. It may be affect the quick detection and precise location of pipeline leak. So it is of great practical significance to select an appropriate filter method to eliminate noise. A de-noising method with adaptive filter algorithm was introduced, in which Widrow-Hoff's least mean square algorithm was adopted to adjust the coefficient of the filter. Take pressure signal measured in experiment for example,it was treat through the off-line adaptive filter controlled by computer program. The result indicates that adaptive filter method can effectively eliminate noise in the signal if the pace and the number of the coefficient in filter are properly selected. It can provide reliable data for the study on pipelide leak. The method can be used for reference in other signals' processing.
