摘要

本文通过分析四川汶川5.12大地震房屋建筑坍塌的原因,说明土木工程是造成灾害的重要原因之一,并提出了解决办法,通过一些简单经济的手段,来有效提高工程设施的防震抗灾能力。
This paper showed that civil engineering is one of most important reason which caused the disaster.By analyzing the reason for collapse of house construction in Wenchuan,in May 12th,,this paper proposed the solutions to protect the engineering facilities against the earthquake disaster by some simple economic means.
