苏北老油区勘探管理工作的实践与认识

摘要
经过30多年的勘探开发,苏北盆地各主力凹陷油气资源探明程度接近50%。随着勘探程度的不断提高,待钻圈闭和油藏规模越来越小,老区挖潜难度逐年增大。为了适应新的形势,"九五"以来,油田勘探工作者适时调整了勘探思路和勘探方法,特别是在勘探管理方面进行了有效的探索,通过强化探井井位研究,优化钻探目标,进行多学科联合攻关,实施滚动勘探开发一体化,精选地震重复采集工区,狠抓勘探工程质量等措施,苏北老油区在勘探工作量逐年下降的不利条件下,新增探明储量连续12a超过1000×10~4t,为油田的持续稳定发展奠定了基础。
After more than 30 years exploration,nearly 50%,hwtrocarbon resources in main depressions in Subei Basin have been proved. With constant improvement of exploration,the scale of traps and reservoirs to be found have become smaller and smaller,resulting more difficulties to find potential reserves.Since the period of"the Ninth Five-year Plan",the exploration workers in Jiangsu Oilfield had adjusted the exploration thought and methods to a- dapt new situation,especially made effective effort in exploration management.Measures were taken including strengthening the study of exploration well location,optimizing drilling object,com- bining multi-subjects,implementing integrative work of rolling exploration and development,selecting seismic re-acquisition ar- eas and improving the quality of exploration project.Although the exploration load declined year after year,the proved reserves in the oilfield had exceeded ten million tons for 12 years building a firm basis for sustained and stable development of the oilfield.
