摘要

对"5.12"汶川地震发生后重庆市云阳县教育系统建筑进行震害调查,以确认房屋危险性。所调查建筑以砌体结构为主,采用现场检测的方式,根据房屋主要受力构件如承重墙和梁所出现严重的结构缺陷,判别其危险性等级。文中对调查工作所搜集到的损害情况进行汇总分析,指出地震中有超过30%的建筑受到了中等破坏或更严重的破坏,继而分析了砌体结构的震害特点和震害原因,并对受损建筑提出修复和加固意见。
Investigation on seismic damage of school buildings in Yunyang county,Chongqing city was carried out to evaluate the structural conditions of the damaged buildings,which were mostly masonry structures,through on-site detection and identification of the severe structural defect on the main structural members such as walls and beams,after Wenchuan earthquake on May 12th,2008.Investigation data were summarized and analyzed in this paper,and the results show that over 30 percent of the buildings were damaged at the moderate or serious grade.And then the damage features and reasons were primarily analyzed,and some suggestions for retrofit and renovation were proposed.
