摘要

目的探讨在地震伤救治中CR检查影像质量管理与控制措施和效果。方法收集我院"5·12"汶川大地震期间CR检查病例1257例,回顾性分析科室CR检查病例的照片质量和影像报告质量情况。结果通过加强应急管理,合理调整工作流程等综合措施,科室CR检查影像质量管理与控制各项指标基本达到震前水平。结论在大型抗震救治中加强环节质量控制,进行持续性改进,能保证影像质量管理和控制水平与震前无明显下降。
Objective To discuss the measures and effects of quality control on computed radiograghy (CR) examination during the earthquake rescue. Methods CR were performed on 1 257 earthquake injuries during 5.12 earthquakes in People’s Hospital of Deyang City. All CR photograph and reports were reviewed and analyzed retrospectively. Results All indexes of imaging quality control of CR examination basically achieved the level before earthquake, by comprehensive measures of strengthening the emergency management and proper adjusting work-process. Conclusion Enhancing links of quality control and on-going improvement are the key factors to maintain the quality control at the previous level in the earthquake rescue.
