第四代声波清灰技术在600MW机组的研究及应用

摘要
文章介绍了加装声波清灰器的可行性、第四代声波清灰技术(DSK-5)的主要技术特点、与传统蒸汽吹灰相比该类型声波清灰器的主要技术优势。声波清灰器在石狮鸿山热电厂锅炉上的应用实践,证实了该除灰技术具有除灰效果优异、运行安全可靠、防止锅炉尾部受热面吹损及节能降耗等特性,可替代传统蒸汽吹灰技术。
The feasibility of installation of sonic wave dust cleaner, the main technical characteristics of the 4th sonic wave dust cleaning technology, and the main technical advantages of this type sonic wave dust cleaner were introduced. The application of sonic wave dust cleaner in the boiler of Shishi Hongshan Thermal Power Plant verifi ed that this dust cleaning technology has the characteristics of high effi ciency, reliable operation and good energy saving and consumption reducing etc., which can replace the traditional steam blowing ash technology.
