爆破振动安全判据三大核心问题研究

摘要
针对《爆破振动安全允许标准》制定过程中的振速-频率双因素的爆破振动安全判据、速度与加速度的选择、单分量与矢量和的选择3个核心问题的内涵外延进行了简要论述。其中,振速-频率双因素的爆破振动安全判据在发达国家已成共识,我国《GB6722—2003爆破安全规程》中也已采用。大多国家的爆破振动安全标准一般都采用速度,我国的某些特殊行业如核电行业采用加速度作为标准。对于质点振动速度单分量与矢量和的选取,采用3个正交分量的矢量和峰值(实际最大值)与现实情况最为相符,建议采用矢量和峰值(实际最大值)。在对国内外大量相关文献资料以及众多国家、地区、行业爆破振动安全标准的深入研究和综合比较的基础上,综合上述3点,建议采用质点振速中的矢量和峰值(实际最大值)作为爆破振动安全判据。
This paper briefly describes the connotation and the extension of three key issues in the revision process of Safety Standards for Blasting Vibration,including the safety criterion for velocity-frequency two-factor of blasting vibration,the selection of particle velocity and acceleration,and the selection of single-component and three-component vector sum.Among them,the safety criterion for velocity-frequency two-factor of blasting vibration has reached a consensus in the developed countries,and has already been used in blasting safety regulations(GB 6722-2003).Most countries adopt blasting vibration safety standards based on velocity,but in some special industries,such as China′s nuclear power industry,acceleration is used as criteria.For the selection of single-component and vector sum,the three component vector sum peak particle velocity(actual max) is most consistent with reality.Based on a large number of in-depth and comprehensive comparative studies of related national and international documents,it is recommended that the vector sum peak particle velocity(actual max) be selected as guidance levels for blasting vibration standards.
