浅谈老年住宅消防安全存在的问题及相关建议

摘要

就近来频发的灾难事故中老年人伤亡比例高的现象,剖析了现代城市居住建筑,特别是高层住宅中,老年人的消防安全问题。分别从老年人自身生理特征、社会重视程度、建筑设计合理性等方面加以分析和论述,并结合国外的先进经验和管理模式,提出一些相应的建议。
Recently,frequent occurrence of catastrophic accidents has caused heavy casualties of the aged.Taking this phenomenon into consideration,this article examines the fire security associated with the elders who live in modern urban residential building,especially in high-rise building.It gives an in-depth analysis and discussion in aspects of special physiological features of the aged,to what extent the importance of this issue mentioned above has been recognized socially,and rationality of building design.Combining with foreign advanced experience and management mode,this article proposes several corresponding suggestions.
