地震海啸与船舶安全

摘要
研究我国地震海啸的历史及近年我国地震海啸发生的情况,发现越洋海啸对我国沿海船舶安全的影响较小;讨论地震海啸对各种情况下船舶安全的影响,提出海啸中航行、锚泊或停泊中船舶安全控制的方法和具体措施.
Based on the research of tsunami occurrence history caused by earthquake in recent years in China,it is found that the trans-oceanic tsunamis have slight influence on coastal ship safety.By discussing the possible effects of ship safety caused by earthquake and tsunami,the approaches and measures are provided to keep ship safety control in navigation,at anchorage or at berth during tsunami.
