柔性基底立式储罐减震耗能研究

摘要
对立式储罐进行了减震耗能研究 .提出了一种新的储罐抗震模型 ,即圆柱储罐壁与构成基底的柔性膜(非金属材料 )相联结 ,形成立式储罐 ,罐周边采用具有水平减震的装置 .建立了控制体系的简化力学分析模型 ,并给出了运动分析方程 .对采用橡胶垫的 5 0 0 0 0m3 立方浮顶罐进行了ElCentro波地震动数值仿真计算 ,取隔震基频为 2rad/s ,阻尼比为 0 .3时 ,其基底剪力降低 85 .78% ,动水压力降低 6 0 .99% .动水压力和基底剪力的降低 ,减少了储罐地震动作用下的轴向应力和环向应力 ,提高了储罐抗震能力 .研究表明 ,新结构体系对减少储罐地震动响应是有效的 ,是一种能够降低成本 ,节约钢材的新颖储罐结构
In order to study the shock absorbing capability of vertical storage tanks, a new shock absorbing model is proposed for storage tanks i.e. the vertical storage tanks are formed by cylindrical storage tank walls coupled with flexible non mefallic bilm at the bottom, and horizontal shock absorbing derices are added around the vertical storage tanks. A simplified analytic mechanical model was established for the control system, and analytical kinetic equations were given. Numerical simulations were made with a storage tank of 50 000 m 3 with rubber pad and floating top, and comparison was made with the time histories of displacement, absolute acceleration, base shear and dynamic hydraulic presure for storage tanks with or without control of coupling quality. It is concluded that the rubber pad has better shock absorbing capability in the last three terms, but its displacement control is not quite so good, and needs further study for improrement.
