地震信息基础架构(Seis-Cyberinfrastructure)的发展战略思考

摘要
作者从新名词Cyberinfrastructure着手,阐释了地震信息基础架构的意义,分析了地球科学研究面临的挑战,指出了信息基础架构是通向科学创新的"金山"之路,现代科研方式的重大变革和革命有赖于信息基础架构的建设。基于对地震信息基础架构的认识,根据面临的地震科学前沿问题的国际竞争和挑战,本文提出了未来5~10年里,7个地震信息基础架构发展的战略方向。
Beginning from the new term cyberinfrastructure, the author explained the meaning of Seis-Cyberinfrastructure, and analyzed the challenges of modern science research, then indicated that the road to "Golden Hill" of scientific innovation is cyberinfrastructure. The major changes and revolution of modern research methods depends on the construction of cyberinfrastructure. Based on the awareness about Seis-Cyberinfrastructure and the international competition and challenges of the forefront of earthquake science, the author pointed out seven strategic directions of Seis-Cyberinfrastructure in next 5 to 10 years.
