T型压电变摩擦阻尼器性能试验与分析

摘要
结合压电陶瓷驱动器和T型金属摩擦阻尼器的特点,提出了T型压电变摩擦阻尼器及其三种阻尼力模型。其次,设计并制作了最大阻尼力450 N、阻尼力可调倍数2.5~3倍的T型压电变摩擦阻尼器模型,并进行了可调阻尼力性能实验,得到了输入电压分别为常电压、位移和速度相关形变电压的阻尼力滞回曲线,试验结果与理论分析较吻合。
Based on the configuration and mechanical characteristics of piezoelectric actuator and T shape friction damper,a T shape piezoelectric variable friction damper is presented and its damping model is established.Then,a scale T shape piezoelectric friction damper with maximum damping force 450N and 2.5-3 adjustable ratio of damping force is designed and manufactured.The displacement-dependent and velocity-dependent damping hysteretic curves are obtained by means of adjustable damping property tests.Results show that the tested damping curves are consistent with the predicted curves by the model.
