中小城市供水管道工程防震减灾对策研究

摘要
为了提高中小城市供水管道工程的防震减灾能力,在分析地震灾害对城市供水管道的破坏机理基础上,结合大部分中小城市,重点是河南省中部城市南阳市的供水管道现状,研究了城市供水管道防震减灾的对策,提出了建立健全地震工作管理体制、保障防震减灾经费投入和科技研究、选用抗震性能强的管材等多种措施加强管道工程的设防、积极推进管道工程保险事业等。
In order to increase small and medium-sized urban water supply pipeline project of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction capacity,this paper analyzes the impact of earthquake disasters on the urban water supply pipeline on the basis of the failure mechanism.This research unifies the majority of small and medium-sized towns and cities.However,the main focus is based on the present situation of the Nanyang's urban water supply pipelines in South-central part of Henan Province.This paper has also studied the quakeproof disaster reduction countermeasures of the urban water supply pipeline,proposed the establishment of perfect earthquake management system,protection of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction of inputs and technology research,the choice of strong seismic performance of the pipe,and other measures to strengthen the security of the pipeline projects.In the end,the paper actively promotes the cause of pipeline projects,such as insurance.
