灾害危险性评价的唐山市土地开发强度信息系统

摘要
灾害的破坏程度不仅取决于地震能量(受控于现代构造应力场的特征),同时也受岩溶塌陷,采空区塌陷等其他灾害的影响,故采用人工神经网络模型评价灾害危险性。以Maplnfo为平台,使灾害危险性评价结果与土地开发强度评价结果相结合。借助地理信息系统软件,计算了唐山市各居住小区的建筑密度和建筑容积率,结合灾害危险性评价结果,确定了从防灾角度考虑的土地开发强度评价指标。应用Maplnfo自带二次开发语言MapBasic及Visual Basic进行二次开发,详细阐述了二次开发的步骤和过程。依据系统评价结果,对唐山市的城市规划布局和土地利用方向提出了几点建议。
Appropriate evaluation target of land exploitative intensity should be given,because the synthesize dis- aster in Tangshan has its particularity,the main disaster is earthquake.The breakage degree of the disaster is not on- ly decided by the earthquake energy,but also affected by other disasters,such as karst collapse,mining ground col- lapse and,etc.The disaster risk cannot denote simply by linear relation and weight coefficient,thus atificial neural network model is adopted.Using MapInfo,evaluation result of disaster risk and land exploitative intensity is com- bined.On the base of actual research and the using of GIS software,each residential community building density and plot ratio is computed,combining with evaluation result of disaster risk,evaluation target of land exploitative intensi- ty in disaster prevention aspect is determined.By using of Maplnfo and MapBasic,accession and modification is done for menu bar and toolbox.It realizes individuation by establishing custom-built user interface.Meanwhile,by using of OLE Automation technology,MapInfo and Visual Basic is integrated,it forms an applied environment on the stage.Through further development,it can carry out conveniently query and analysis of interior spatial information of each function module and space connection in each other.As a result,some suggestions for city planning distribution and land using direction of Tangshan are given.
