用超声波无损检测技术检测混凝土的厚度

摘要
使用普通的超声换能器,用高频率换能器作发射端,低频率换能器作接收端,通过互相关谱分析,可以得到反射声波的到时,从而计算得到混凝土的厚度。实验表明,本方法对混凝土厚度的测量具有较高的精度和可靠性。
The arrival time of reflected acoustic wave is received with cross correlation spectrum using general ultrasonic transductor through took high frequency transductor as a emissive end, and low one as a receive end. The experiment indicats that this method has higher accuracy and reliability for the detection of concrete thickness.
