<正> “九五”期间,我国将对现有的地震台网、前兆台网和地震数据通信网络系统进行全面的技术改造。建成以国家数字地震台网、区域数字地震台网、区域地震台阵、数字强震观测系统、地震预警系统和全国地震台网数据中心为主体的数字地震观测系统;改造全国地震前兆基本台网及首都圈、苏鲁沪、川滇、甘宁青四个重点地震监视区内的前兆台网和前兆台网中心;建设主要用于地震数据信息快速传输和交换的全国地震主干通信网、区域地震通信网络系统、流动通信网和
The paper describes the wholesale reconstruction of the State Earthquake Warning System by using state-of-the-art electronic systems, Consisting of modern telecommunication network technology and computing techniques. The planned networks will cover the whole country and will be interconnected with the existing public telephone and data networks, such as ChinaPac, Frame Relay, PSTNs and DDN networks. The system will also be connected to the INTERNET networks for data acquisition, information services and international information exchange.The Earthquake Telecommunication Networks will form a complete nationwide private network system capable of interconnecting the area communication networks and mobile communication network systems.
