摘要
目的:设计一种适用于特殊环境的输液器,解决战地医疗救护或突发水灾、地震等自然灾害以及矿山抢险等特殊环境下的急救输液难题。方法:根据人的体重分为30~50kg、50~80kg、80~100kg3挡,根据不同挡内人员的体重所产生的压力范围,通过计算和实验,设计出3款不同孔径的限流部。结果:该输液器结构简单、体积小、成本低,能在特殊环境下显示输液过程中药液流动变化。结论:该输液器适用于各种特殊环境,无需任何外加辅助器械。
Objective To develop a special-purpose infusion set for military medical service or public emergencies such as flood,earthquake.Methods Three current-limiting sections with different apertures were designed based on the pressures resulting from the weights which were divided into three levels such as the level of 30 to 50 kg,50 to 80 kg and 80 to100 kg.Results The infusion set,with a simple structure,a low volume and low cost,could display the flowage of the liquid medicine in special environment.Conclusion The infusion set,without any auxiliary instrument,can satisfy any requirements of all special environments.
