核电厂稳压器抗震分析方法研究

摘要
稳压器是反应堆冷却剂系统中控制一回路压力(超压保护)的重要设备,属于RCC-M核1级及抗震1I级设备。稳压器的抗震性能应从两个方面进行分析评定:一是稳压器的固有振动频率应避开地震激励的最大响应频率区间,二是稳压器在地震载荷作用下的应力强度应低于材料许用应力强度极限。本文使用通用有限元软件ANSYS11.0分析稳压器在正常运行工况和反应堆初始启动工况下的抗震性能。
The pressurizer is a primary equipment of the reactor coolant system.Its main function is to control the pressure of the reactor coolant system.The pressurizer is classified Safety class 1,RCC-M class 1,Seismic class 1.The aseismatic capability of the pressurizer should be evaluated through two facets.One is that the nature vibration frequencies should be sufficiently removed from the excitation frequencies for which accelerations are significant.The other is that the stress of pressurizer under seismic load is lower than al-lowable stress.Seismic analysis of pressurizer is performed in normal operation condition and initial reactor start-up condition via finite element methods.
