摘要

介绍一种从实时地震网站获取最新地震信息,并以声音、语音提醒或通讯手段传送的新方法,简述程序主要功能的实现,将最新的地震信息快速转发给需求人群。
In this paper,it is introduced that the methods of the obtainment of the lasted earthquake information from the real-time earthquakes bulletin web sites and the notification by sound, voice or communications.The information can be sent to the specific group persons by this method,the function and realization of the software are introduced too.
