土木工程防灾的发展与趋势浅论

摘要
土木工程防灾问题不仅包含的内容和学科众多,问题复杂,也是当今土木工程学科中最重要、最活跃的领域之一。以其主要的科学问题为主线,重点讨论地震、强风等动力灾害,抛砖引玉,探讨该学科的发展现状及前沿发展方向。主要阐述工程结构抗震与减震、工程结构抗风等方面的新理论、新方法、新材料和新技术。结合国际上的最新发展态势,重点讨论研究工程结构抗灾防灾的基本性能、分析理论与现代设计方法,结构灾害的物理机制和灾变过程,结构抗灾性能设计理论和结构防灾减灾措施,并探讨相应的发展与趋势。
Disaster prevention on civil engineering contains a lot of subjects and complex issues.Focusing on the scientific issues,this paper mainly discusses the new theories,methods,materials and technologies on earthquake and wind engineering etc,and explores the present situation and future development tendency.Combined with the latest international development on this field,some comments on the basic performance of disaster prevention structure,theoretical analysis,method,design theory,and physical mechanism of structural disaster and collapse are introduced in this paper.
