摘要

橡胶垫隔震是房屋结构减震的一种有效新途径。本文通过橡胶垫力学性能试验结果的分析，说明了橡胶垫适合多层房屋基础隔震的要求。计算机分析结果表明，橡胶垫隔震框架房屋的地震反应比固定基础房屋的反应大大减小。通过框架结构大比例尺模型的隔震与非隔震房屋的振动台试验结果对比，说明了橡胶垫对框架结构的减震效果是十分显著的．
The test results of the mechanical characteristics of the rubber bearings,the dynamic analysis of a base isolated frame building and the result of a steel frame model test from shaking table are presented in this paper. From the analysis and the test results,it can be concluded that the rubber bearings can very well meet the needs of the seismic isolation of frame buildings.
