摘要

目的探索地震伤中高龄骨折患者护理的特殊性。方法总结我院收治的80岁以上的汶川地震伤员的心理疏导和护理方法。结果经心理疏导、护理干预等综合手段使全部高龄伤者达到满意疗效。结论在地震伤治疗中对高龄骨折患者进行心理疏导很有必要。
Objective To discuss the specialty of nursing the senile patients with fracture in Wenchuan Earthquake.Methods The psychological soothe and nursing for the hospitalized earthquake wounded over 80 years old were summarized.Results The combined performance of psychological soothe and nursing was satisfactory in all the senile cases.Conclusions It is necessary to provided psychological soothe to the senile earthquake wounded with fracture.
