摘要
为满足大众日益增加的就医需求,提升医院住院服务效率,基于移动支付与HIS功能接口设计了一站式的自助入出院流程;以手机为主、自助机为辅的方式实现,自费、医保患者的全接入,并覆盖到了院前、院中与院后的各个服务流程。实现了一站式的入院办理、缴纳预缴金、住院期间报告查询、出院结算等多项功能,患者全程利用手机与自助机完成全部环节,无需排队等候。该流程的实践显著提升了患者在入出院各项流程中的就诊体验。
In order to meet the increasing medical needs of the public and improve the efficiency of hospital service, a one-stop self-service admission and discharge process is designed based on the functional interface of mobile payment and HIS. It is realized by mobile phone and self-service machine, and the full access of self-paid and medical insurance patients covers all the service processes before, during and after the hospital. It realizes the functions of one-stop admission, payment of advance payment, inquiry of reports during hospitalization, discharge settlement and so on. Patients complete the whole process by mobile phones and self-help machines without waiting. The practice of this process significantly improves the patient's experience in various processes of hospital admission and discharge.
