摘要
校企合作已成为高等职业院校与企业协同育人创新模式之一,但在校企合作过程中存在各利益相关者不同的利益诉求及社会责任博弈,制约校企合作进一步深入。以利益相关者视角,分析当前校企合作中政府、企业、学校、师生、家长等核心利益相关者间主要存在的困境,并就此提出形成利益命运共同体的校企合作机制及对策以供参考借鉴。
        School-enterprise cooperation has become one of the innovative modes of collaborative education between higher vocational colleges and enterprises. However, in the process of school-enterprise cooperation, different stakeholders have different interest demands and social responsibility games, which restrict the further deepening of school-enterprise cooperation. From the perspective of stakeholders, this paper analyzes the main difficulties existing between the government, enterprises, schools, teachers, students, parents and other core stakeholders in the current school-enterprise cooperation, and puts forward the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism and countermeasures to form a community of Shared interests for reference.
