摘要
设计了一套完整的带包覆层管道脉冲涡流检测系统,并加工了相关管道试件,采用非聚焦型与聚焦型两种经典型式的传感器进行试验;通过研究检测电压幅值信号与被检管道壁厚之间对应关系,实现了对带包覆层管道壁厚减薄缺陷的定量检测。
        This paper designs a complete pulsed eddy current testing system for insulated pipes and processing the related pipe specimen.Using non-focused and focused two classic types of sensors in test.By studying the testing signal voltage amplitude and the corresponding relationship between the checked pipe wall thickness.The quantitative testing of the thickness reduction defects of the insulated pipes wall thickness has been realized.
