针刺“老十针”联合“四神穴”治疗神经性耳鸣临床疗效观察

摘要
目的:探索针刺"老十针"联合"四神穴"治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法:将符合神经性耳鸣诊断标准的60例患者随机分为两组,每组30例。针刺组主穴选取"老十针""四神穴",听宫,配穴随症加减,针刺得气后留针30min,针刺1次/d,5次为1个疗程,疗程间休息2d,共治疗4个疗程;西药组口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊(每晚1粒)及谷维素(3次/d,2片/次),两药口服7d为1个疗程,共治疗4个疗程。观察治疗前后患者耳鸣强度及疗效评价。结果:两组患者治疗后耳鸣严重强度分级及疗效评价相比较:针刺组均优于西药组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组病程<3个月患者的疗效显著优于病程≥3个月者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺"老十针"联合"四神穴"能明显缓解耳鸣患者症状,临床疗效明显优于西药;耳鸣病程越短,治疗效果越好。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of acupuncture on experienced ten acupoints combined with Sishen acupoints for nervous tinnitus. Methods: Sixty nervous tinnitus patients were randomly divided into western medication group and acupuncture groups, 30 casese in each group. In the acupuncture group, ten acupoints combined with Sishen acupoints and Tinggong(SI19) were selected and other acupoints were chosen according to syndrome for 30 minutes, and the therapy was given once a day, 5 treatments as one course. There was a 2-day break between courses. Totally four sessions were required. In the western medication group, Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsule and Oryzanol Tablets were prescribed for oral administration.One Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsule per night, and 2 Oryzanol Tablest per time, 3 times a day, these drugs were used for 7 days as one course, and total 4 courses were required. The degree of tinnitus and clinical efficiency were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results: The degree of tinnitus and clinical efficiency in the acupuncture group was better than that in the western medication group(P<0.05). The efficacy in patients with a course of less than three months was significantly better than that in patients with a course of longer than three months(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture on experienced ten acupoints combined with Sishen acupoints could relieve the symptoms of tinnitus with better clinical efficiency than western medication.The shorter the course of tinnitus, the better the effect is.
