慢性乙型肝炎患者血清MIF、IL-17、IL-10变化的相关性研究

摘要
目的:探讨慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis B,CHB)患者血清巨噬细胞迁移移动因子(macrophage migration inhibitory factor,MIF)、白细胞介素-17(interleukin-17,IL-17)、IL-10水平变化及临床意义。方法:选取CHB患者38例为治疗组并随访48周,以同期20例健康体检者为对照组,检测各组血清MIF、IL-17、IL-10水平。结果:治疗前治疗组患者血清MIF、IL-17水平高于对照组,IL-10水平低于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗前治疗组患者血清MIF、IL-17水平高于治疗12周、24周、48周后水平,IL-10水平低于治疗12周、24周、48周后水平,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。HBV高载量组血清MIF、IL-17、IL-10水平高于HBV低载量组(P<0.05)。HBeAg(+)组患者血清MIF、IL-17、IL-10水平高于HBeAg(-)组(P<0.05)。治疗前CHB患者MIF、IL-17水平与ALT呈负相关关系,与AST呈正相关关系;IL-10水平与ALT与AST均呈负相关关系。结论:MIF、IL-17和IL-10是导致CHB发生的重要致炎与抑炎因子,其水平变化可在一定程度上反映CHB病情程度与预后。
Objective:To investigate the expression level changes and clinical significance of macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF),interleukin-17(IL-17)and interleukin-10(IL-10) in peripheral blood of patients with Chronic Hepatitis B(CHB).Methods:38 patients with CHB were selected as the treatment group and followed up for 48 weeks.In the same period,20 healthy subjects were treated as the control group,and the levels of MIF,IL-17 and IL-10 in the peripheral blood were detected for each group.Results:Before treatment,the levels of serum MIF and IL-17 in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-10 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Among the treatment groups,the levels of serum MIF and IL-17 in peripheral blood of untreated group were higher than those of 12 weeks,24 weeks and 48 weeks after treatment,the levels of serum IL-10 were lower than that of 12 weeks,24 weeks and 48 weeks after treatment,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression levels of serum MIF,IL-17 and IL-10 in peripheral blood of HBV high-load group were higher than those of HBV low-load group(P<0.05).The expression levels of serum MIF,IL-17 and IL-10 in HBeAg(+) group were higher than those of HBeAg(-) group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the expression level of serum MIF and IL-17 in patients with CHB was negatively correlated with ALT and positively correlated with AST.The expression level of IL-10 was negatively correlated with both ALT and AST.Conclusion:MIF,IL-17 and IL-10 are important causes of chronic hepatitis B,and their expression level changes can reflect the severity and prognosis of chronic hepatitis B.
