摘要
针对国内高校自制设备闲置和管理混乱状况,该文提出一种信息化视域下高校自制设备协同共享模式。该模式将高校自制设备纳入协同共享管理,为科技创新的产业化、成果化搭建一个快捷、务实的推广平台,实现科技创新供需双方的及时对接。平台依托现有的大型仪器共享管理模式,充分发挥政府引导、制度激励的作用,不断完善和加强队伍建设,充分发挥出高校自制设备的社会协同效应。这一模式的实施,将有助于实现高校自制设备资源共享、服务提供、创新驱动、协同发展的目标。
In view of the situation of idle self-made equipment and chaotic management in domestic colleges and universities,this paper proposes a collaborative sharing model of self-made equipment in colleges and universities from the perspective of information technology.This model incorporates the self-made equipment into collaborative and shared management,builds a fast and pragmatic promotion platform for industrialization and fruitfulness of scientific and technological innovation,and realizes timely docking between supply and demand sides.This platform relies on the existing sharing management model for the large-scale instruments,gives full play to the role of government guidance and institutional incentives,constantly improves and strengthens the team construction,and makes full use of the social collaborative effect of university self-made equipment.The implementation of this model will contribute to the realization of the goal of sharing resources,providing services,driving innovation and coordinating development of university self-made equipment.
