摘要
针对未考虑负荷时变性求取的配电网故障抢修和恢复策略不准确的问题,该文在考虑负荷时变性和故障抢修恢复持续时间较长的基础上,对配电网多故障抢修顺序和故障恢复后网架重构优化问题进行研究。在故障抢修恢复阶段,以故障抢修完恢复负荷价值最大为目标;在故障恢复后网架重构阶段,以电压偏移量和网络损耗加权和最小为目标,采用二进制粒子群算法来求解模型。通过抢修与恢复的交替、协同,循环往复求解,得到故障抢修顺序和对应恢复策略。以改进的IEEE 69节点配电网系统进行仿真分析,结果表明:配电网故障抢修恢复应结合故障发生后负荷实际需要求解目标值,进而确定抢修顺序;抢修故障恢复后,利用故障抢修完所处时段的负荷值来网络重构优化,更符合实际、更准确。
        The fault repair and recovery strategy of distribution network is not accurate without considering the time variation of load power. Considering the time variation and long time fault recovery, the rush repair order problem of distribution network fault and reconfiguration optimization problem are analyzed for the restoring network in the paper. On the stage of fault rush repair and recovery, the maximum load recovery value after repair are taken as the optimization objective. On the stage of recovery network structure, the minimum weighted sum of system voltage offset and network loss are taken as the optimization objective, and the particle swarm algorithm is then applied to achieve the optimization. The repair order and recovery strategy are obtained by the alternate, synergistic and cyclic solution of repair and recovery. Finally, a simulation is performed by the improved IEEE 69-bus system. It is shown that the distribution network fault restoration should be combined with the load actual demand to take reasonable operation. It is more realistic and accurate to network reconfiguration optimization considering time variation of load when the rush repair and recovery is completed.
