摘要
回转窑因其体积大,重量大,四档托轮组支撑跨距大,托轮经过长期运行,易造成托轮轴的轴肩部位疲劳断裂及轴头挡头板断裂的情况,使回转窑无法正常运转。本文针对目前中国铝业公司中州分公司7台回转窑,规格均为Φ4 500 mm×100 m,设计一种托轮换装时支顶领圈的专用装置,经过多次使用,能够保证托轮换装时领圈支顶的安全并节约了更换时间。
Rotary kiln is easy to cause fatigue fracture of the shoulder of supporting wheel shaft and fracture of axle head baffle,because of its large volume,heavy weight,large span support of four-stage supporting wheel group and long-term operation of supporting wheel.These results in the failure of rotary kiln to operate properly.Aluminum Corporation of China Limited Zhongzhou Aluminum Co.Ltd.has seven rotary kilns.The rotary kilns specifications are all Φ4 500 mm × 100 m.This paper designs a special device for supporting the rolling ring in the process of replacing supporting wheel.This special device has been used for many times,it can ensure the secure and quick replacement.
