摘要
目的评估2%复方氯己定(CHX)预处理对不同黏结系统(即刻和老化后)牙本质与树脂黏结强度的影响,为其临床应用提供实验依据。方法选择2018年3~4月就诊上海建工医院口腔科因阻生拔除的下颌第三磨牙32颗,去除牙釉质、暴露浅层牙本质后,使用慢速切割机将样本制备成横截面积为1 mm×1 mm×8 mm的长立方体试件,共240个,并随机分为8组(n=30)。A1、A2组:2%CHX预处理后使用Easy One黏结剂;B1、B2组:纯水预处理后使用Easy One黏结剂;C1、C2组:2%CHX预处理后使用Single Bond 2黏结剂;D1、D2组:纯水处理后使用Single Bond 2黏结剂。各组堆塑光固化超声树脂后制备成牙本质树脂黏结试件,A1~D1组直接检测即刻微拉伸强度,A2~D2组经冷热循环5 000次老化后检测微拉伸强度。使用SPSS 20.0软件对各组进行独立样本t检验。结果即刻测定微拉伸强度,各组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);老化后检测微拉伸强度,A2组为(22.7±3.0) Mpa,较B2组的(15.8±2.5) Mpa微拉伸强度高,C2组为(28.2±2.9) Mpa,较D2组的(21.9±3.0) Mpa微拉伸强度高,而C2组较A2组微拉伸强度高,D2组较B2组微拉伸强度高,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 2%CHX预处理牙本质可以提高牙本质与树脂老化后的黏接强度,即2%CHX预处理可以增强牙本质与树脂的黏接耐久性。老化处理后,Single Bond 2黏接剂的黏接强度均优于Easy One系统。
        Objective To evaluate the effects of 2% chlorhexidine(CHX) pretreatment on dentin and resin bonding strength with different bonding systems(instant and after aging), and to provide experimental basis for clinical application. Methods From March 2018 to April 2018, 32 impacted mandibular third molars were selected from Department of Stomatology, Shanghai Construction Group Hospital. After removing enamel and exposing dentin on the superficial layer, slow-speed cutting machine was used to prepare samples into cubic test specimens with the cross section as 1 mm×1 mm×8 mm. Then the 240 specimens were divided into 8 groups randomly(n=30): A1 and A2 groups: after2% CHX pretreatment, Easy One adhesive was used; B1 and B2 groups: after pure water pretreatment, Easy One adhesive was used; C1 and C2 groups: after 2% CHX pretreatment, Single Bond 2 adhesive was used; D1 and D2 groups: after pure water pretreatment, Single Bond 2 adhesive was used. Then the dentin surface was bonded with Kerr Sonicfil restorative composite resin and prepared into specimens for mirco-tensile bond strength test. Micro-tensile bond strength in A1-D1 groups was detected immediately, and after thermal cycling for 5000 times in A2-D2 groups, tensile strength was detected. SPSS20.0 software was used perform t-test for independent samples in each group. Results Micro-tensile bond strength showed no significant difference among the groups when detecting immediately(P>0.05). After aging,micro-tensile bond strength was significantly higher in A2 group than B2 group with(22.7±3.0) Mpa vs(15.8±2.5) Mpa;in C2 group than D2 group with(28.2±2.9) Mpa vs(21.9±3.0) Mpa, in C2 group than A2 group, and also in D2 group than B2 group. Conclusion 2% CHX pretreatment of dentin can improve bonding strength between dentin and resin after aging. In other words, 2% CHX pretreatment can enhance bonding durability of dentin and resin, with Single Bond 2binder superior to Easy One system.
