摘要
双管封隔器在渤海油田开发初期应用于海上油田,能很好实现油井自喷生产,但是随着产能下降,以及双管封隔器结构复杂,只能通过套铣、打捞的方式起出,而处理双管封隔器最关键在于套铣。套铣工艺需要优选不同铣鞋,且不同的铣鞋配合套铣双管封隔器不同部位,实现封隔器解卡的同时又不破坏鱼顶,顺利实现打捞。实际套铣打捞过程依照理论分析,实现一次性打捞成功,并且在多井次实行推广,效果良好。
        Dual packer can be used for flowing well production effectively,when it was used at the beginning of Bohai oilfield development. However,with the declining deliverability and the complex structure of dual packer,we could only pull it out of the hole by wash-over and fishing,for which the most important part is wash-over. The wash-over technology have to select different milling shoes,and different milling shoes wash different parts of dual packer,it will protect the fish top when releasing stuck. Actual wash-over and fishing process is in accordance with the theory analysis for one-time success of fishing,and it has been implemented well in many wells.
