摘要
就业取向是关系着师范生教师生涯发展的重要问题。当前,在师范生的就业取向中尚存在着职业认知不清、职业理想较为模糊、职业选择功利性强、就业偏向大中城市、职业践行能力弱等问题。因此,师范院校要积极引导师范生树立正确的就业取向,突出以教师职业道德为核心的爱岗敬业教育,充分发挥"第二课堂"作为爱岗敬业教育的重要作用,强化爱岗敬业教育的实践践行。
Employment orientation is an important issue related to the schoolteacher development of normal school students. At present, there are still some problems in the employment orientation of normal school students, such as unclear career awareness, vague career ideal, strong utilitarian career choice, employment preference for large and medium-sized cities, and weak vocational practice ability. Therefore, normal colleges and universities should actively guide normal school students to establish a correct employment orientation, highlight the professional ethics of teachers as the core of love-for-the-post-and-dedication-to-the-work education, give full play to "the second classroom" as an important role of Love-for-the-Post-and-Dedication-to-the-Work education, and strengthen the practice of Love-for-the-Post-and-Dedication-to-the-Work education.
