摘要
目的评价母婴床旁护理模式在产科护理中的效果。方法随机选取2018年5~12月期间产科收治的产妇200例,在产后区选择10间病房进行研究,其中1~5号病房收治100例产妇,设为对照组,采用传统护理模式,产妇护理在床旁进行,但婴儿的一切护理均由主管护士定时集中在沐浴室及处置室进行。6~10号病房收治100例产妇,设为试验组,采用母婴床旁护理模式,除产妇护理在床旁以外,婴儿护理也移至床旁进行,即对产妇及婴儿实行一对一护理,同时对产妇及家属进行产后健康知识教育;采用心理状态采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)测定产妇住院前后心理状态评分;使用自制问卷调查表评价产妇健康教育知识掌握情况、护理满意度、产妇护理操作评分。结果住院前两组产妇SAS评分无统计学差异(P> 0.05);两组产妇采取不同护理模式后,两组产妇SAS评分住院前较住院后均有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),住院后试验组产妇SAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);住院后试验组产妇健康知识掌握评分(84.67±6.58),护理满意度评分(97.00±1.55),护理操作评分(84.69±8.14);对照组产妇健康知识掌握评分(74.13±5.11),护理满意度评分(71.98±4.95);护理操作评分(74.13±6.87);住院后试验组产妇的健康知识掌握程度、护理操作评分和护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论母婴床旁护理模式相比传统产科护理模式有良好的效果,能够提高产妇对护理满意度,同时增加患者健康知识掌握程度,减轻产妇产后焦虑状态,为家庭支出减轻经济负担,可以在临床护理中推广使用。
        Objective To evaluate the curative effect of maternal and child bedside care mode in obstetric nursing.Methods 200 parturient women who were admitted to department of obstetrics from May 2018 to December 2018 were randomly selected. In the postpartum area, 10 wards were selected for research. Among them, 100 cases were treated in the number one to five wards, which was classified as the control group and adopted the traditional nursing mode. Maternal care was carried out at the bedside, but all care for the baby was carried out by the supervisor nursing in time at the bathing room and in the treatment room. 100 parturient women who were treated in the number six to ten wards were classified as the experimental group and they were given maternal and child bedside care mode. In addition to maternity care at the bedside, baby care was also moved to the bedside, where one-on-one care was given to mothers and babies, and maternal and family members were educated about postpartum health. Psychological status was measured by self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) before and after hospitalization. The self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate knowledge of health education, nursing satisfaction and maternal nursing operation scores.Results Before hospitalization, there was no significant difference in maternal SAS score between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05). After different nursing modes were adopted in the two groups, the SAS scores of the experimental group and the control group were improved before hospitalization compared with those after hospitalization. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). After hospitalization, the maternal SAS score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The scores of knowledge of health education, nursing satisfaction and nursing operation of the experimental group were respectively(84.67±6.58),(97.00±1.55) and(84.69±8.14). Those of the control group were respectively(74.13±5.11),(71.98±4.95) and(74.13±6.87). The knowledge of health education, nursing operation score and nursing satisfaction of parturient women in the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional obstetric nursing mode, the maternal and child bedside care mode has a better effect. It can improve maternal satisfaction with nursing, increase the mastery degree of health knowledge, reduce maternal postpartum anxiety and reduce the economic burden for family expenditure, which can be promoted and applied in clinical nursing.
