正畸治疗对青少年消极身体意象的影响

摘要
目的评估青少年正畸患者的消极身体意象在正畸治疗过程中的改变。方法选取从2015年10月—2017年1月于南方医科大学深圳口腔医院就诊的青少年患者50例,在正畸治疗前后采用正畸治疗需要指数美学成分量表(IOTN-AC量表)、牙科审美社会心理影响量表(PIDAQ)、负面身体自我量表-整体分量表(NPS-G)等分析量表研究探讨消极身体意象在青少年正畸治疗中的变化。结果在治疗结束后,患者牙齿需治疗指数为(1.35±0.51)分(P<0.01),患者IOTN-AC自我评价与医生评价的差异为(0.18±0.77)分(P<0.05);PIDAQ中社会影响,审美态度以及牙齿自信等3项指标分别为(1.23±0.49)分,(1.00±0.33)分,(2.81±0.62)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而NPS-G量表的数值为(1.83±0.43)分(P>0.05)。结论正畸治疗不仅能提高青少年患者的牙齿美观度,还可促进其心理的健康发展。
Objective To evaluate the effect of orthodontic treatment on the negative body image of teenagers. Methods 50 cases of teenagers admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2015 to January 2017 were selected and the changes of orthodontic treatment in the negative body image of teenagers were researched and studied by the IOTN-AC scale, PIDAQ scale and NPS-G scale. Results At the end of treatment, the teeth treatment index was(1.35±0.51)points(P<0.01), and the difference between the IOTN-AC self-evaluation and evaluation of doctors was(0.18±0.77)points(P<0.05), and the social effect, aesthetic attitude and teeth confidence in PIDAQ were respectively(1.23±0.49)points,(1.00±0.33)points,(2.81±0.62)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01), and the NPS-G scale value was(1.83±0.43)points(P>0.05). Conclusion The orthodontic treatment can not only improve the teeth beauty of teenagers but also can promote the mental health development.
