九龙江北引二期工程进水口区域爆破振动安全与控制

摘要
福建省九龙江北引二期工程存在输水隧洞爆破开挖与进水口区域混凝土建筑物浇筑并行施工和进口洞脸边坡稳定问题,隧洞爆破振动对新浇筑的低龄期混凝土建筑物的质量影响和进口边坡安全稳定危害引起建设方的高度重视。在隧洞爆破施工过程中采用爆破振动监测方法,获得了隧洞爆破时的爆破振动衰减规律和进口边坡的响应特点,掌握了进口闸室与沉沙池混凝土浇筑部位的最大振动强度和振动分布规律,依照各监控部位的爆破振动控制标准,提出了符合现场施工且确保爆破振动安全的施工方案和控制措施。
The problems of concurrent construction to blast excavation of water delivery tunnel and concrete pouring of water intake structures,and the safety of tunnel portal face slope are encountered in the Second Phase of Jiulong River North-diversion Project,Fujian Province of China.The influence of blast vibration to fresh concrete and to the stability of water-intake slope attaches great importance of the constructers.The attenuation low of blast vibration induced by tunnel excavation and the characters of blast response of water-intake slope are obtained employing the blast vibration monitoring method,and the maximum vibration and vibration distribution of the fresh concrete in water intake lock chamber and sand collecting pond are also acquired.According to the controlling standards of every monitoring point,the reasonable construction scheme and controlling measures are proposed to assure the safety of field construction.
