建筑物基底掏土灌水法纠倾──设计方法与工程实例

摘要
通过确定塑性区最小半径,引人了掏土灌水法工程纠倾设计方法。八层砖混住宅楼纠倾工程实践证明,在粘土类地区采用基础迫降——基底掏上成孔灌水纠倾,具有技术合理、施工简单、可控性强、回倾速度容易控制的特点。
Obtaining the minimum radius Of plastic field, the design method for rectifying leaning buildingby digging-out soil and filling-in with water is introduced. An inclined eight story reinforced masonrybuilding lying on an abandoned air-raid shelter rectified by digging-out soil horizontally and filling-inwith water under building foundation has been given as an example for illustration. Discussion aboutthe design method is presented as well. It shows that this method is simple, rational, practical andgood in consulling the rate Of settlements.
