济南历史建筑平移保护与加固改造

摘要
历史建筑的保护与加固关系到人类社会物质文明的发展和人类文化遗产的绵延,具有重要的历史文化价值。济南属于我国公布的第二批国家级历史文化名城,拥有数量众多的珍贵历史建筑,在当今城市建设中用历史和发展的眼光处理历史建筑保护与城市建设的关系,对体现城市文化底蕴和特色具有积极意义。总结济南历史建筑的保护加固现状和三种保护方案,根据不同历史建筑的特点和保护要求,提出了加固技术、整体迁移技术和在保护历史建筑本体的同时如何提高其抗震性能等关键技术措施,从结构角度分别对6个已完成的典型工程进行了讨论。
Conservation and strengthening of historic buildings are closely linked with development of material civilization of human society and continuity of human cultural heritage,which possess important historic and cultural values.Jinan is among the second group of national historic cities,and there are large numbers of invaluable historic buildings,the conservation and construction work should be on the historical and developing bases,it is of positive significance for reflecting the city cultural background and features.It is summarized that the actuality and three measures for the conservation of historic buildings in Jinan,and the key techniques of different historic buildings are also proposed,including reinforcing technique,moving technique and how to improve the earthquake behaviors;six completed projects are discussed from the view of structural engineers.
