2011年日本本州东海岸附近9.0级地震活动特征

摘要
分析了2011年3月11日日本本州东海岸附近9.0级地震序列的时空演化特征及该次地震前日本海沟附近地震活动特点:①本次特大地震为前震-主震-余震型,前震序列具有空间分布集中、低b值、震源机制一致的特点;②主震后0.5h先后发生最大余震7.9级和次大余震7.7级,其后强度迅速衰减,主震后半个月和1个月左右余震出现起伏增强活动.本次地震为双侧破裂,主震后5h,余震区展布在长500km、宽300km范围内;3月12日后余震区长轴略有扩展,约600km;③9.0级地震震前9a,震源区附近出现了中强以上地震的显著增强活动,增强区范围大体与余震区相当.
