强度匹配对梁柱焊接接头在地震作用下损伤性能的影响

摘要
针对抗震钢结构的梁柱焊接接头建立了符合损伤指数定义的加权线性组合双参数模型 ,并给出了在模拟地震循环载荷作用下 ,焊接接头累积损伤指数的计算方法。使用ANSYS软件对钢结构焊接接头建立了实体模型 ,在模拟地震循环载荷作用下进行了弹塑性有限元分析 ,得到了在不同匹配情况下焊接接头的塑性应变 ,据此计算了高匹配和等匹配条件下焊接接头的累积损伤指数。计算结果表明 ,在循环载荷作用下 ,高匹配焊缝的损伤要小于等匹配焊缝的损伤。
According to the definition of the damage index,a seismic damage model with two linearly combined weighting parameters is established for beam-to-column welded connection in earthquake-resistant steel structure and the computation method of accumulative damage index for welded connection under the simulated seismic cyclic loading is proposed in this paper.By using the FEM programming package ANSYS,the FEM model of welded connection is established and the elasto-plastic analysis is performed.The plastic strains of welds in the condition of overmatching and equalmatching weld joint were obtained respectively.According to the obtained plastic strain of weld,the damage index is computed in the condition of overmatching and equalmatching weld joint.The results indicated that the accumulative damage of welded connection in the condition of overmatching weld joint is less than that in the condition of equalmatching weld joint.
