摘要

百年不遇的大地震发生后,作为医院党组织如何发挥思想政治优势,增强凝聚力,我们从果断决策、稳定局面、凝聚人心;领导的表率作用;发现和挖掘闪光点;正确引导把握思想政治工作等方面有一些体会。
After the rare big earthquake,the Communist Party Organization of the hospital should consider how to take advantages of ideological and political work to enhance the hospital cohesiveness.This article presented some experiences,such as making decision decidedly,stabilizing situation,enhancing cohesion,setting a leader example to everyone,discovering excellent deeds,and leading ideological and political work in the right way.
