摘要

首先描述了模态分析的基本理论及求解过程,然后运用有限元分析软件MIDAS对某房屋框架进行模态分析,研究其前5阶振型,得出该房屋框架的位移、速度及加速度历程曲线,为全面客观科学地评价房屋整体质量提供依据。
In this paper,the theory of the model analysis is described firstly.A model analysis of a building framework is established using finite element analysis software MIDAS.And then the model character of the building framework is obtained.The model analyses provide a basis for a scientific assessment on the overall quality of buildings.
