基于GIS的建筑物防震管理系统建设

摘要
20世纪以来,中国共发生6级以上地震近800次,活动频率高、强度大、分布广,尤其近两年发生的汶川、玉树等地的地震,对人民的生命财产安全造成巨大的伤害,所以能否做好防震减灾工作将直接影响着地方经济的发展及社会安定。该文中开发的建筑物防震管理系统具有数据分析、应急指挥、辅助决策、抗震防震预警等功能。系统的建成和投入运行,实现了对地震信息的数据收集、分析并且对政府管理部分在灾难来临时的决策起指导作用。
Since the 20th century,China there were above cet 6 earthquake nearly 800 times,activity higher frequencies,strength,wide distribution,especially nearly two years happened to yushu wenchuan,earthquake,for people's life and property security cause great harm,so can do the work of protection against and mitigation will directly affect the development of local economy and social stability.In this paper the development of building shockproof management system has the data analysis,emergency command,auxiliary decision,seismic shockproof warning,and other functions.System built and put into operation,,realize the seismic information data collection,analysis and part of governmental management in the disaster came decision-making play a directive role.
