24位ADC在地震数据采集中的应用

摘要
针对水下地震信号的特点,设计研制了一个24位分辨率精度、120dB动态范围的地震数据采集系统。通过采用基于Sigma-Delta技术的24位ADC芯片CS5372和配合使用的数字滤波芯片CS5376A,在一个采集板上实现了四个通道的数据采集。前端模拟处理采用电荷放大器结构,后端控制和通信采用一片FPGA,实现了采集系统的高性能和高可靠性,同时采用DAC芯片CS4373实现系统的自检测试,为系统的可维护性提供方便。
A data acquiring system with high resolution up to 24 bit and large dynamic range above 120dB for seismic survey is introduced. When applying CS5372 and CS5376A which adopt Sigma-Delta, four data acquiring channels are implemented on one board. Front end circuit uses charge amplifier, and back end circuit uses FPGA to realize control and communication function. High performance and reliability is achieved on underwater system test. Also with the CS4373 used, some self-testing option is performed, which gives help to system maintenance. Experimental results prove that the system is advanced.
