杭申线老桥顶升立柱接长设计及结构分析

摘要
为满足航道等级提升的需要,杭申线老桥采用顶升施工接长立柱的设计方案来提高桥梁高度。这里细长立柱的接长设计是关键内容之一。重点阐述了立柱接长设计所需要考虑的荷载工况、立柱长细比的正确计算、承载力以及裂缝宽度的验算;此外,为验证设计还进行了必要的地震反应谱分析以及钢筋混凝土的非线性分析。
The jacking-up & lengthening pier column plan is adopted to elevate the bridge height of the existing bridge of Hangshen Line in order to meet the need of waterway upgrading.Lengthening design of slender column is one of key items for this project.This paper is focus on several points for lengthening design of pier column needed to take into account,such as loading condition,accurate slenderness ratio calculation,load capacity and cracking width check.In addition,necessary earthquake response spectrum analysis and reinforced concrete non-linear analysis are also conducted to verify the design.
