汶川八级地震灾后新建社区现状分析与政策建议

摘要
对汶川八级地震灾区城镇和农村新建社区进行抽样调查,分析其居住条件、管理体制、社会生活、心理状态、就业形势等现状,针对灾后新建社区的管理问题,提出了包括增强社区基础保障、建立社区组织机构、加强社区模式管理、构建社区支持网络、完善社区服务平台、建设新型农村社区在内的政策建议。
This paper carries out random surveys on new communities in the urban and rural stricken area of Wenchuan and analyzes their living conditions,management system,social life,psychological state and the employment situation.Then it takes an aim at the new communities for disaster management issues and proposes policy recommendations to increase community-based security,establishes the community organizations,strengthens community management model,builds community support networks,improves community services platform and builds new rural communities.
